Retention Strategies — Academic Services and the Student Experience

Charge

  • Examine and model student flow to understand when, where and why students leave the institution or fall behind in achieving their degree objective.
  • Recommend improvements in retention services and the student experience that support university goals to increase student success.
  • Improve communication with students to increase awareness and participation in the many services and programs that are now in place to support success and enjoyment during their college experience and build a lifelong relationship with UB.
