The Office of Marketing and Communications is responsible for the strategic planning, design, development, implementation, coordination, maintenance and evaluation of Academic Affairs marketing and communication services.

Our mission is to deliver best-practice, coordinated and focused services for our units across a wide range of media and to contribute effectively to the broader range of marketing and communication activities and needs at the institutional level.

  • Develop system to collect and manage all requests for marketing and communications support (print and electronic) which is guided by academic affairs priorities and available resources
  • Adjust our human and technical systems to provide thoughtful intake and guidance for divisional marketing and communication needs
  • Ensure that all academic affairs communications meet university style and standards; develop related academic affairs style and standards
  • Create a user-friendly communications toolbox that will provide the division with an dynamic and exhaustive list of production resources and assistance
